Karma is a bitch

You know sometimes, when it started well in a new place or work or friendship.... but then you realized, there's not really anyone honest enough out there, that you eventually give up trying to be someone you're not, and then, you get deserted.

Vague and hard to understand? Well, I'm going to blow out all my frustration here.

I came to Japan to study, get into a good university, and hopefully landing myself with a steady job that pays well.

After a hellish high school history, I got into a Japan college with scholarships, sponsored by my country, which I will not reveal. I certainly did not come here alone. There're others from my country as well, with full scholarship, enough to enjoy life here like a royalty. Sounds fun, sounds easy and all, but I can assure you, things are not as easy as it sounds.

I have different aims. i wanted to get into a good university, I study my ass off everyday to maintain my grades.

On the other hand, they came here unwillingly, thinking that they are forced into a labor (a labor of having to study everyday etc) Partied every night like there's no tomorrow.

After 2 semesters and the results came in, how dare they criticize me for my own efforts? How is it my fault that you get really bad results?

Just because you all gang up on me doesn't mean I won't fight back. Laugh at me for being fat. I don't care. I put up an effort to slim down and I'll make sure your jaw drops when I reach my desired goal.

Oh, and one more thing. Don't think I won't get into a good university just because all of you boycotted me and refuse to give me any important information.

I'll make sure that one day, when I'm successful working in a big company with a huge payment, I'll make sure you add ketchup to my McDonald's burger.

Sincerely,
The fat girl you boycotted and made fun of.

Not to say I've come any closer, since i had gained 2 kgs during the hol
idays with my family, which makes me 71kgs, but now I'm 68kg!!!!

This is all thanks to a new diet plan called "Protein Diet". No, not fish or eggs or whatever. It's a protein shake. This is actually from a famous company in Japan, called DHC, which is recognized for it's successful diet product.

1 bag of this baby only contains 178kcal. That's less than 10% of your daily calorie intake (based on a diet of normal average woman) It contains more nutrient you need for a day's
worth(namely calcium, iron, zinc, vitamin A, B, C, D, E, fiber, etc) than what you get from eating take-outs or burgers.

Not forgetting hydraulic acid and co-enzyme for your skin. You know, slimming down doesn't mean you have to sacrifice your health, especially you skin and hair.

What's more is that it comes in 5 main flavors. Coffee, chocolate, strawberry, milk tea and my favorite, banana.

I recently bought melon, mango, peach and green tea. Yum, yum~

Lunch done in 10 seconds? NO WAAAAYYYYYY!!!!

Okay, so, by replacing 2 meals of the day with these protein shakes, you can save more than 400kcal!!

Let's calculate, shall we ;)

An average 20 year old female takes about 1600kcal a day. An average meal has around 600kcal. By eating 3 meals (snacks not included), the total calorie intake is 1800kcal. That's 200kcal over!!!.

By replacing 2 of your meals with the protein shakes, you save 800kcal per day. That's a total of 1000kcal of calorie intake in one day!!!

Get what I mean? ;)

Don't worry about being tired or hungry all the time. For some reason, i get hungry less often now.

Well, I'm not sure how long or how far i can continue with this new diet plan. But if i can really drop 20kgs, I'll sure to keep everyone posted.

As for now, wish me luck.
